23 Aug 2023As a long time client of Jose Ramirez, he is definitely the Wayne Gretzky of mortgage brokers ... AKA "The Great One". Jose genuinely cares about each client individually and never makes you feel like just a number. Jose was able to come through for me at the 11th hour and make the impossible, possible. He truly is the best in his field. I was in the midst of a poorly managed, very complex estate matter - that no other broker wanted to touch. Jose never gave up on trying to help me, even though my situation was time sensitive and the outlook was grim. Through Jose's hard work and determination, he was able to buy me a little extra time - in order to connect me with the right lender! I will forever be grateful to Jose for treating me with compassion and moving mountains to connect me with a lender. I am 100% happy and satisfied with Jose Ramirez and I will continue to use Jose as my mortgage broker for as long as I own any property. I was told by numerous other brokers, considering my circumstances - there was no point in taking me on as a client. Other brokers wouldn't even attempt to help me. Jose was always pragmatic with me, he was honest about my chances not being good... BUT Jose never let those obstacles deter him from pulling strings and finding me the appropriate lender. I know Jose will go above and beyond for any client. He treats his clients like real people with differentiating circumstances...and this is what makes Jose Ramirez an amazing mortgage broker and somebody I'm proud to call my friend.
